Rubber Stamps Made to Order

Blade Rubber can make rubber stamps of your own design or text for as little as £4.25 (plus VAT).

We supply conventional rubber stamps made using a good quality natural red rubber mounted on a clear perspex base with a wooden handle. These stamps require a seperate inkpad. We also supply Self-inking stamps.

To design a rubber stamp use the following guidelines.

1. Print your copy clearly. Use capitals and small letters as required.

2. If the design for the stamp is artwork we must have a good quality black on white image.

• Blue biros, inkjets, pencil, or poor quality photocopies cannot be made into good quality stamps.
• For signature stamps, a signature clearly written with black ink rather than felt tip, on white unruled paper is required.
• Write your signature two or three times in the size you want and mark the one you prefer.

3. Choose a typeface, style of layout & indicate if there are any variations in size or style of type, such as bold or italic type. Or words larger than others.
The layout of your copy can be set left i.e. a straight left margin; set right, centred, or justified.

There are no extra charges for typesetting.

If you require a border or other lines draw them on your copy. There is no extra charge for having a border.

PRICES FOR RUBBER STAMPS

We price rubber stamps by area, not by complexity of design or the number of words.

To calculate the price of an ordinary rubber stamp use the price table to choose the size of stamp required. Measure from the bottom left hand corner to determine the price. For example a stamp 25 x 50 mm costs £10.00 plus VAT.

Sizes are in millimetres. The prices do not include VAT.

PRICES FOR SELF INKING PRINTYS

Self inking stamps have their own built in stamp pad which makes them more convenient than rubber stamps & more suitable for carrying in a briefcase, handbag or pocket. There are five colours of stamp pad: Red, Black, Blue, Green, Violet, and uninked. The prices include the cost of making a rubber stamp.

Size are in millimetres. The prices do not include VAT.

ORDERING

• Orders may be sent by post, faxed or brought to our shop. Original artwork cannot be faxed.
• Artwork & text may also be sent by email. Images & attachments can be sent in EPS, or TIFF bitmap at 600dpi, black colour, & actual size, or PDF. Text may be sent as an attachment in Microsoft Word, Quark Express, Illustrator, Freehand, & Photoshop. Please phone if you need further details.
• Unless otherwise agreed full payment or a purchase order must accompany orders.
• Please make cheques payable to BLADE RUBBER Ltd.
• The shop opening hours are 10.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday.
• Please leave a daytime contact number in case we need to discuss your order.

DELIVERY

• Made to order stamps are normally ready for collection within 2-3 working days of receipt of order.
• For First class post in the UK please add £1.00
  Postal Delivery outside the UK is charged at cost.

By attention to detail we try to provide rubber stamps that will give thousands of crisp, legible prints. If we supply a stamp that is not satisfactory please tell us & we will be happy to replace your stamp.
