Cards made using Stewart Gill paints with acetate

The instructions are from one of the popular classes given by Freyja

Spring Butterflies

Stewart Gill Card

Instructions

  1. Paint three Alchemy colours in stripes on textured surface card.
  2. Emboss Flower image with Versamark and Stewart Gill crystalline powder.
  3. Then over stamp and emboss butterflies with gold
  4. Stamp a favourite image on acetate using black or dark green Stazon or archival ink.
  5. Attach the acetate with brads or sew on with beads.
  6. The crystal images will just shine through when the card is turned.
  7. Paint and emboss an A5 sheet and cut into three for quick cards.

Stewart Gill Card

Instructions

  1. Stamp and emboss the Dandelion puffball with gilded gold and Stewart Gill Midas powders.
  2. Randomly dab two or three coloured Stewart Gill paints onto black card, press acetate over the card, leave a few seconds then peel off.
  3. Mount the embossed and coloured acetate with eyelets onto gold and black layers.
  4. The spare painted piece of card can be used for another project.
